excellent stay, superb amenities
easy access good standard good food
the location offered easy access with public transport nearby. the room was clean to a good standard (i noticed a novelty glass divider between the bathroom and bedroom). the breakfast had a good amount of food available.
one of the plug sockets had burn marks, so i avoided using it.

the hotel features convenient access to public transport, easing commutes and explorations around the area, and i found a nearby tesco express (it was a plus). i noticed a cable car over the river thames as well.

the staff demonstrated friendliness and helpfulness throughout my stay, they provided quick solutions and clear directions. i found the bar staff amazing and efficient, they knew how to keep customers happy. ebenzer and klea were particularly amazing.

comfortable bed delicious food easy access
My room was spacious and very clean. the digital key was convenient, providing easy access. the bed was comfortable. I slept very well. the restaurant offered fresh and flavorful food. Dinner and breakfast were both delicious.
the coffee wasn't replaced in the room and the fridge was not cold enough.

The hotel is near the elizabeth line railway. This made access to heathrow airport easy. a short walk took me to restaurants. This was very convenient. the cable car to the o2 arena was nearby.

the location were great. it was near transport. there was staff ALWAYS ready to help with directions. the breakfast area had tasty options.
my room had a problem. the shower in my executive premium queen room barely worked. it only trickled water. the carpet seemed a bit old and stained.

abundant breakfast glass divider
i found the breakfast abundant. there was a good amount of food available (especially the pastries). the room was quite clean, and the glass divider between the bathroom and bedroom added a touch of novelty to the design.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
The hotel location proved convenient for attending an event. It was within reasonable walking distance.
The fridge in the room was NOT cold enough. The absence of an information sheet concerning emergency procedures was also a notable oversight, and the number of power sockets felt INSUFFICIENT.

faulty outlets broken air conditioning
the location proved convenient for accessing nearby transportation.
The air conditioning wasn't working properly. I reported it, but nothing changed. additionally, some of the electrical outlets near the bed were faulty. I couldn't charge my phone overnight, a major inconvenience. the staff didn't seem particularly concerned about these issues, frustrating.

the room was clean and met a good standard the glass divider between the bathroom and bedroom added a nice touch i found the breakfast food selection to be adequate and satisfying for a good start to my day staff members at the reception were helpful and attentive throughout my visit.
